ALBERTINHO COTRIM

Newtown - Miss Leola Black and her brother Hampton Black of Newtown, have received word of the death of their niece's husband, Dr. Albertinho Cotrim, 37, which occurred at his home suddenly in San Paulo, Brazil SA on Friday, April 13. Mrs. Cotrim will be remembered as Miss Peggy Winks, and resided in Newtown for several years where she, her sister and brothers were reared in the home of their aunt, Miss Black, following the death of their mother. Dr Cotrim received his education as a doctor at Indiana University and interned at St. Vincen's Hospital in Indianapolis, it was while he was interning that he met Mrs. Cotrim who was a stenographer at the hospital. Following their marriage they returned to Brazil where they have since resided. He is survived by his wife, three daughters, Sabra, Maria Olympia and Elizabeth and two sons, Antonio and Albertinho Jr all under 10 years of age as well as his mother, brothers and sisters, all of Brazil. Dr. and Mrs. Cotrim were married in 1945. -- kbz
